In the mountains, trust is everything. We apply that same philosophy to your personal information. Here is our creative promise to you.
Trek-Only Usage
Your data has one job: getting you to the summit. We only use your info for park permits, rescue insurance, and guide logistics. We never sell, trade, or "borrow" your data for marketing outside the Kilele Clan.
Post-Summit Locking
Once your expedition is complete and you're safely home, your sensitive booking data is moved to a secure "Cold Storage" archive. It's kept only for legal tax records and then permanently deleted.
Zero Third-Party Tracking
Our website is built to respect your digital footprint. We don't use aggressive tracking pixels or third-party cookies that follow you around the web after you leave our site.
The "Forget Me" Button
You are the captain of your data. At any time, you can request a total wipe of your account. We don't make you jump through hoops—one click in your dashboard starts the process.
How We Use Your Data (The Scope)
National Park Permits: We share names/IDs with KWS or TANAPA only to secure your entry.
Emergency Rescue: Necessary info is shared with AMREF Flying Doctors for your safety.
Crew Logistics: Guides receive group size and dietary notes to prepare your meals.
